      Telephoned Panasonic Canada on toll-free for Technical Support/Consumer Support. Options: Got Lucien an excellent support representative for Panasonic. He guided me about what not to do and what to do with Auto Defrost. And, when I mentioned that not only Panasonic Canada's design for microwaves, but other brands too, are using cheap plastic rollers to support the heavy glass inside trays and results in the tray hitting the front glass of a microwave when a lot of minutes of turning it/food dish takes place. This is happening because the plastic rollers in unable to keep holding the heavier glass tray in place while rotating, and it releases the tray which knocks around the hardly 1/4" of space between the tray and the door of the appliance.
      Lucien confirmed he would pass on the above design flaw details to the concerned executive of Panasonic Canada.
      I am writing this good review for Lucien because I accidentally cut off my call before the phone survey could be answered. I thought the survey was to arrive by email. Sorry Lucien! * **** *** * ******

      Terrible product and customer service. ***** ******* Bought a microwave in September, moved mid October before I used it. Function was very poor compared to previous Panasonic microwave- either took much longer to heat food/ liquids or completely melted butter on low for 10 sec. Within 2 weeks I noticed large area of bare metal on the interior. Had only used glass or china, no metal in the microwave.
      Customer service , all by “chat”. 2 people I talked to did not listen nor did anyone look at the previous tickets about my issues. I think there were 3 calls before someone appears to listen. They did try to blame me for the bare metal.
      Took microwave to Panasonic sanction appliance repair. They deemed it not repairable and submitted all the documentation to Panasonic. “Customer service” said they could not access that information & kept me resubmitting copies of receipt, pictures of interior and dishes I used. The appliance repair company helped by reaching out to their “customer care” person….finally Panasonic has agreed the appliance is irreparable.
      Now, I cannot get my money back from the store from where I bought it. They are help me find a replacement. Alternately I can have a credit at the store.       I purchased a Panasonic cordless handset from ******* about 9-10 months ago. One of them has issue with speaker and it does not ring as well. I contacted Panasonic and the support assistant provided me and email and asked me to take it to the ******* and ask them to provide you new handset but ******* denied. I contacted again Panasonic and but they are not assisting me. * ***** ******* ********* ****** ** *** ** ****** ** **** ***** ******* ***** ******** **** ***** ********* * ***** ******* ** *** ******* **** ***** ****** *** **** ********** My experience with Panasonic is very bad.
