    In May 2023 we hired **** ***** to redo our front concrete deck and sidewalk. We discussed and stamped sidewalk and new stamped concrete on top of the deck and 4 precast steps. The total job was quoted at $6400 the steps alone were $2400.
    We were to make 4 payments $2560 when starting to jackhammer and take out existing steps and sidewalk, $1280 on pour day, $1280 on parge and seal day and $1280 when the steps came.
    After he completed the parging I overlooked the work and was not happy. The parging was already starting to crack and the amount of holes still on the sides of the steps and side wall of front porch were terrible. We were a couple days to the steps coming and he ended up putting 2 steps in my sidewalk which I didn’t want. So asked if the steps were cheaper as we only needed 2 now instead of 4. I was told we still had to buy 4. I asked to cancel the steps and we would look else were. So at this point i only made the first 2 payments. I voiced my concerns about the holes in the concrete and he said he’d come back and fix the issues and canceled the steps and I would only owe him $160. He set up a date and never showed, again we set up another date and he never showed. Now he is not Even reading my messages let alone answering me. *** ** *** ***** *** **** ** ** ***** ***** **** * ****** ***** ** ***** And he left all sorts of concrete laying around and gravel that we had to clean up. I’d like him to come back and finish the job and give some money back so that I can hire someone else to finish it. The whole job ***** ***** *** isn’t what we discussed in the original plan. * **** **** *** ** ****** **** **** ***** **** ******
