    Constant badgering/soliciting buy the company for the interact-credit card machine services. We have asked many times to be removed from their call list, without success. As of today's date September 14 2022 we have received over 20 phone calls from them. I am just fed up with their harassment. I have told them every time I do not wish to be their customer.

    To whom it may concern – we wanted to reply to on behalf of Paiepro Payment Solutions to apologize for potential trouble that may have been inadvertently caused as decribed in the received letter. The telephone number associated with individual who filed the complaint has been placed on our do not call list.

    Multiple issues: Misleading representation: May 4, 2022, we were contacted by ****** ******** from Paiepro (solution paiement provincial) to rent us a Terminal machine for debit & credit card transactions at a monthly rate of $50 for the 4 months, since we are seasonal, plus .25% for credit card transactions and .04 cents for debit transactions. We were told we could keep the terminal after 4 months without any charges. We were never told about any other fees. So we agreed to take it at that rate. June 1st came our invoice for the month of May, $1633.38 came out of our account. Beside the rental and their fees which is around $203.14, the rest is all extra fees for Visa and MC. The first terminal we received, didn't work properly outside so we asked them to change it. They sent a new one but never sent the return box for the 1st one. We are being charged for both. I sent 3 emails (May 30, June 6, June 9 and 1 phone call (May 31) and nobody is getting back to me. I even called ****** to cancel the credit card option on the machine, they told me that Paiepro could have done that for me but told them I can't reach them. They even told me that if I keep the machine after 4 months, I will be charged the monthly rental. They gave me a number to reach Paiepro, I left another message (June 10). The message again was, I do not want the machines anymore and to send me the return boxes but still no reply from them. On Monday, I am returning the terminal in their original boxes by Fedex, I just want to make sure they do not take any money from my account. Another problem with them, I asked how to get my daily reports with the new machine, on May 31, a Mr. ***** ********* sent me a link with the instructions which I followed, but when I tried to create our account, it gave me an error message, so I sent *** ***** an email on June 2 with the error message, asking him to get back to me, still no reply. Thank you
