    I first used Capital Home Building more than 10 years ago. I have since used them several times and have only good things to say about **** and his team. They did a total gut and renovation of a bungalow (and its basement) for my husband and I during Covid and it went extremely well despite all the problems most other people had getting material and help. They were very resourceful and made intelligent suggestions when it came to finishings. We got new windows, kitchen, bathrooms, had some walls taken down, others added, etc. The new hardwood blended seamlessly with the old. We were completely hands off (visiting site once a week since we were trying to keep socially distant) and the end result was wonderful. This year I had booked **** to do framing for a new ****sqft house that I was building. I ended up asking him to do all the tile work, trim, soffit and fascia. My ************** building inspector was very impressed with his work as well. **** could easily teach framing or trim work. He is able to make curves, weird angles, crazy slopes using wood. He wants everything done properly from the start (if the rim board isnt perfectly straight everything following that will be impacted: framing, brick, flooring, walls and trim..) He is neat, likes a tidy workplace and always showed up by 7am everyday. The few days he wasnt there he told me beforehand and his helpers would still show up. I have no problem whatsoever recommending Capital Home Building to anyone.

    Excellent high quality work, prompt and showed up when said they would, responsive to suggested changes, very pleasant, personable and very clean. Protected my floors for entry and exit. Cleaned up the worksite nicely when done. Fantastic bathroom! Would highly recommend and hire again for future renovations.
