      Horrible experience getting dog groomed ** ***** ******, groomer had not heard of puppy cut shaved the dog raw left sore spots on neck that need treatment, used excuse that dog was matted. we were quoted 125$ and the bill was nearly 300$. * ** *** * ******* *** ***** **** * **** * ****** **** Young groomer drags dog with no concern and is busy on her phone instead of attentive to customers.       Roc N Dukes Pet Supplies is a great pet store. At least the one in Owen Sound certainly is. The woman that manages it is awesome in knowledge, customer service and very personable.
      They have many brands of pet foods that are high quality, pet toys, bet bedding, treats etc... it's a great place to shop for all of your pet supplies.
