    I purchased a water softener from Joe L., who I believe is the owner of Elite Water and Air. His business is out of Orangeville and/or Mount Forest I understand which is around an hour and a half from where I live. Over text Joe and I discussed meeting in Georgetown to purchase the softener as he had a job there and it was a little closer of a drive for me. Prior to meeting, I confirmed I was purchasing a 45,000 grain unit with a WS1 Clack valve and we agreed upon a price. I made sure to confirm via text that it was not a mixed bed (resin/carbon) system, as we had previously discussed that to be an option. Joe responded via text to confirm it was not the mixed bed system. My wife made the trip to Georgetown, and the purchase was made in the afternoon on November 19, 2022. Over the last couple of days I've opened the box and had my installer install the softener. I noticed today that the unit is not what we had agreed upon. It is a 40,000 grain mixed bed (resin/carbon) system, which is not what I wanted. I spoke with Joe who acknowledged the error. He shared that he must have ordered the wrong one from the supplier. He said my only option would be return the unit to Orangeville for an exchange. I suggested that given it was his error, he should come to my house pick it up and bring the unit we had agreed upon. He responded via text with, "Sorry thats not happening thanks". * **** ******** * ****** ** ***** **** ******* ** *******
