I have using the service of Worry free Snowblowing for over 6 years now. Imm very satisfied with the service and the price is always cheaper then other companies. I referred my friend to worry free 2 years ago and she is very happy with the service. I highly recommend them.

We are not customers of worry free but after a snowstorm they blew snow while they were working onto our driveway. We called asking for them to clean up the snow that was blown into our driveway and they said they would send someone out on the next pass. After seeing a worry free snowplough drive right by our house we called the company back and they were so rude and we have zero confidence that they will actually be back to clear it. It will take us hours to shovel the mess they left. What a horrible company.Worry Free Snowblowing Inc.

This was the worst service I have ever received. I had to call every time I required service as they did not show up when it snowed to come clear my driveway. When I called to the company to complain they advised me the driver stated he passed by. I emailed the managers with pictures of the poor/non existing service I am receiving from their company with no response back from them. My neighbours driveway was cleared every time before 7am from Care Free and I had to call Worry free to ask if they could clear my driveway before noon and they advised me they would try and the driver didn't show up until 6pm. I shovelled my driveway myself all winter as Worry Free did not show up 90% of the time. Now I understand why I am the only person in my surrounding streets that had a Worry Free signs. NEVER AGAIN!! Worry Free is a useless company and expensive. I basically paid them so I could shovel my own driveway. I hope the BBB will look into this company and complaints. This company is a rip off!! Hello,I am sorry to hear that you feel like you've received bad service from us. I've looked into your file and only received one call are call logs and noticed you've called once for a driveway missed on December 29th, we do apologize for this one mistake which we've came back to rectify once you've called us. As explained on our website we do not have set firm start times as mother nature decides when we start, typically we start as soon as the snow stops and on bigger storms we will start once we've reached 10CM, we time our start times with what the city does to ensure our guys arent on the road for 24hour+ and to ensure no one is stuck in there laneway with a plow ridge, we follow the plows to ensure this. the only other call we've received from you was on December 30th for a call back. We have serviced your property up to 30 times this season and with only one call regarding a missed driveway. As explained on our website we have 6-7 hours to complete our route from the time we've started. I've looked at all time visits and compared to the start times which has all been well into our 6-7 hour **** except the one incident on December 29th. If we do not get any calls regarding the service we have no way to determine whether we are doing a good job or not, feedback is always good but without any calls we cannot rectify a problem that is not brought to our attention. 1 starOne of their tractors cut across two lanes and stopped. With the blower on the back the vehicle is quite large/long and covers most if not all of two lanes when at 90 degrees.We attempted to avoid this boneheaded action but still ended up clipping the extended blower... writing off our SUV.They REFUSE to give up their insurance information 2+ weeks after the fact.Legal action is now being taken.Review fromGary and Sylvia H
