    On star towing, sat dec 16 2023.I'm single mother from Canon Agway trying to relocate to the city I recently got a job on *********** at a salon doing Aesthetics. On the Saturday mentioned above I arrived at work that day and parked in the spot that I was told I was allowed to park in it was my third time parking in the spot in the 3 weeks that I had worked for the salon. In that time nobody corrected me and nobody told me I could not park there because if they would have, I would not have parked there. I finished a very long shift that day only to come out and find my car had been towed by OnStar Towing, on start telling also owns the parking spaces in which my car was towed from. It was towed minutes before my shift was over because obviously it would have been too much to wait the extra 3 minutes and speak with me in person. When I called the company the tow truck driver had not made it back to the yard so he pulled over and waited for me to go and get my car. They did not charge me for the tow bill. The cab ride to my car was over half of the tips I made that day but I was happy to have my car back. When I got in my car to head home to gananaque, I was seconds away from getting onto the very busy 417 Highway when my brake fluid light came on and instantly I had no brakes. None. I called CAA and had my car towed to gananaque, where it took 3 days to fix the broken flex line. The bill came to ******. The tow company broke the flex line when they hooked up my car to tow it. Not only will they not pay the bill for the damage that they caused needlessly, they also lied and tried to say it wasn't them because they hook Vehicles up from the front not the back but because I was parked against a brick wall the back was their only option. Because I couldn't afford a rental I lost my job. My autistic son missed 3 days of therapy because I couldn't drive him. With no family to ask for financial help from, Im unable to finish Christmas shopping for my kids.
