    The website of this business proclaims "Adroc Automotive Ltd. is focused on providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction we will do everything we can to meet or exceed your expectations". I had contacted this business through their web portal to get an estimate for standard B1 service and a complete brake job for my ******** C300. The information provided was inadequate to say the least. I was provided a ballpark estimate for the standard B1 service that excluded standard items called for by ******** for B1 service and provided a rough ballpark estimate for the brakes. I was told that the cost for the brakes would depend on the type installed on my car. So I dropped by the shop to get clarification and a firm estimate. The person (*******), who had responded to my web inquiry, was at the front desk. I stood there in front of him for 5 minutes without being acknowledged while he discussed invoices with his assistant. When he finally acknowledged my presence, he was uninterested in looking at my car to determine what brake equipment is installed or further discuss the B1 service suggesting that the information already provided was sufficient. Needless to say, my expectations were neither met nor exceeded.
