    My wife took her 2018 Kia Rio into Mr. Lube for an oil change. They didn't perform the oil change properly. Her car ended up getting double the oil in it and a lose filter. My wife drove the vehicle with our kids and new baby for months and I only noticed when oil spots started showing up in the driveway. I inspected the vehicle and found that the oil filter was very lose. I could tighten it by hand. When I checked the oil level in her car I realized how bad it was. They had double filled her vehicle with oil. If the engine would have locked up they could have been killed. I called and informed the business manager of what had happened. He didn't think it was possible and told us to bring the car in. My wife brought the car in yesterday. They told her they were closing and to come back. She came back in today and they informed her that it the issue wasn't due to a loose oil filter and that her oil pan gasket was leaking. This is very dishonest. Especially considering our original complaint. They didn't address the oil overage with her at all. We found this place to be very dishonest and particularly incompetent in their business practice.
