      I found what I was looking for and price was excellent. Sales person was very acknowledgeable. They deliver on time and very professional in setting up my full mattress, box spring and frame. The workers were friendly, pleasant to speak to. It was no time when they were on their way and taking away my old bed set. I certainly would use them again. The store is located on *************, *********, ******.

      I have bought all my beds at Mattress Mart for around three decades and I have always been very satisfied. They offer top quality products at very reasonable prices and their customer service is excellent. I am delighted with the customer service I received at the Colonnade location.

      They allow mattresses to be returned if they have no marks or stains on them. At all times that should be marked as a used mattress if they plan to resell it. They'll mark them as brand new. They treat customers like c*** when they get sold the wrong mattresses and they are incredibly verbally abusive to their drivers and staff

      I know it is always easy to criticize customer service, but rarely do people take the time to compliment it. Our experience was somewhat unique and the crew at Kingston MM: ****, ******, ******************************* over backwards to accommodate me. Our mother is quite ill and needed a better mattress for spending long hours in bed. After pitching me the perfect choice it came to the attention of a new employee that they in fact did not have it in stock, ****** learned I suspect. When someone needs something yesterday, don't sell them something that can't be here till next week. Instead of sending me off empty handed we settled on a compromise hoping it would work. It did not. I contacted them, they got it sent from ****** and the exchange took place. We live on an island, getting on and off, timing when Mom would not be in the bed, would be almost impossible. The solution bring the replacement back to the house, do the sway when she was up in the wheelchair, and change them out then. This is not the store policy, and frankly should not be, but our situation required some compassionate compromise and it was delivered in spades.Since Covid, the whole service industry has been thrown in a tail spin. Staff shortages, lack of experience, the list goes on. The end result has been overall poor customer service everywhere, with the expectation that we the customer pay more for it and accept it. For us, in a time when good old customer service was needed, we got it! I can't thank the team at Kingston Mattress Mart enough. It has not been an easy 6 weeks and it won't get easier, but at least we know that Mom can sleep comfortably. Thanks again for your efforts.

      ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COST!!!I have been waiting over 5-days for a refund of my $100 deposit for a queen ********************** after I cancelled the order. I have not received the **********************, but I am told that the refund request has to be reviewed, approved, and processed by head office, and that it would take 5 to 10 business days. If I had been advised of this prior to the purchase, I most likely not made it. Holding up my deposit for an item I never actually took possession of does not agree with me. Further, when I initially cancelled my order they tried to get me to change my mind by reducing the price of the ********************** by an additional $200, as if a bribe might change my mind. If anything, it further determined me to cancel this order.I am uncertain if my $100 will be forthcoming, as I have absolutely no confidence in this legal entity, but I am hoping whomever reads this review be aware of their policy on refunds and perhaps takes their ********************** business elsewhere in ******.
