    Kamesh was referred to be based off my family and husbands ongoing relationship. His services were required as an accountant to process my tax return. My tax return took nearly 3 months to be completed for a simple T4. In order to get it processed my husband and I both had to follow up on numerous occasions and it was clear nothing was being worked on. Once done, I had other issues with my account that ********************** had kindly offered to resolve for me. After over a month of trying to get in contact with Kamesh I receive a reply that was clear he had not done anything with my account and he was extremely dismissive as though he had better things to do. Over a month of follow *** when I could have had another accountants support in a prompt manner. Kameshs actions and lack of customer service are highly disappointing, when trying to address my concerns his reaction was to state we were accusatory, no resolution, no professionalism.Beyond disappointed.
