Very disappointed with how I’m treated with this clinic. I feel like the standard of care is not what it used to be.
I have mentioned complications and pain for a few months now after a procedure. I expressed my concern and there has been no urgency to help get me in to assess the issue. I get contacted to book cleanings only. I even asked to speak to the manager or dentist directly a few times and have not once been given that courtesy.
This is not an easy place to get an appointment in a time that works for someone with an 8-4 job. If you request afternoons you will most likely never get an appointment.
If I end up losing my tooth because of the run around with this clinic I will be very upset

Hi ******,We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our records show that you had several appointments at our clinic, but you cancelled or did not show up for three appointments in the last few months. We saw your emails with our office manager, and you did not ask to speak to a dentist. We are happy to arrange that. You are also on our shortlist for cancellations. We offered many time slots, but they didnt work for you.Our policy is to see any patient with pain the same day. You have not reported pain in all the emails, but our office will contact you on Monday. The cleaning appointments are also another opportunity to see a dentist. This is part of our process, and they can address any concerns you *********** hours are 8 AM - 4 PM, except Monday we work until 7 ******* we said our team will contact you again to book you.

I had to reschedule 2 appts in the past 3 months for the reasons I had provided you - I was sick, and a work emergency. I never missed an appt, the staff booked me and asked if that date would work. I had not confirmed the appt and didnt even know it was officially booked until I got a call the day of saying I missed something. Getting those 2 initial appts were not easy and outside timeframes that work for me. I will take ownership on my side and say I did have to reschedule. I am sure I am not the only patient that has things that come up. I have emails going back a year asking to preemptively book cleaning appts ahead of time to ensure I can do it within your open hours, but ideally in the afternoon so I dont miss work. As it was recommended i come every 4 months for cleaning. This should have helped with us both working together within our schedules. Not once has these appts been booked when asked. (I asked for example August 14th 2024 via email) Then it got to a point where I was told I had to wait for a new assessment before preemptively booking cleanings. A year after trying. I had asked in the spring as well. I was on a cancellation list for a year and never got called or emailed for an afternoon appt once until December of 2024 when you got a new admin. But those were still only morning appts offered. To date, your clinic is saying you never once had a cancellation in the afternoon to be accommodating to my schedule as well. I know that is not true after talking to other patients I know go there. I am disappointed to hear at this point that ******** was the manager. I asked to speak to a manager or the dentist several times. Please review the emails again starting in November 2024, the request was made numerous times. Not once did she note she was in fact the manager. After an email expressing my concern of her treatment towards me and discriminating comments made in office (I had a witness on that day) it should have been given to someone else or escalated beyond ********. I have several emails where I expressed pain, sensitivities and discomfort with/around my tooth after a root canal. Mentioned in Nov and Dec 2024 emails. I did not get a response for several weeks. When family members went in for their appts they also reminded ******** I was reaching out and to please get back to me. She said she would get back to me soon. She never did until I had to basically threaten to report the office if it continued to ignore my reaching out for care. When I got that response after that Nov 22nd email, they just said it was due to the office moving. You guys were still open and responding and seeing patients, I emailed several times, and my family told you in person when they came in for their appts. There is no excuse that it took that long for any form of response when a patient mentions pain/discomfort of any kind. One of my first emails reaching out that I have here is November 3rd I sent a very detailed email by November 22nd when I still had not received a response. I also expressed great concern for my standard of care, comments made by the manager/reception that had me concerned they were bias towards me and assisting me fairly. I expressed that I get crazy anxiety just contacting the office now because I feel I'm treated like a nuisance and dont feel you guys are willing to work with me as well. I dont think its fair at all to say I did not try or bring up issues on several occasions. It's not fair to say i never brought up pain, wanting to talk to the dentist, or offered solutions on booking within my schedule as well as yours.

As an update to the clinics response. You responded Feb 26th that you would be reaching out to me the following Monday, March 3rd. No one has made any attempt since your response here, to reach out. This is the constant issue I seem to have with your clinic. I have even mentioned pain, again. You noted you take that seriously, yet weeks later - no contact. This is very unprofessional and poor standard of care for patients.
