I have a similar problem with Andy’s Snow Blowing and Lawncare as the previous complainant in 2021. Last season, my next door neighbour’s hired this snow blow service. Several times last year we saw the snow from our neighbour‘s laneway blown onto our lawn. We called our neighbour about this. They called Andy’s at least twice, complaining about it with no change. This season, the same problem occurred continuously. The majority of the snow this winter has been blown from our neighbour’s lane way onto our property. There is a significant difference in the height of our snow bank versus our neighbour’s snow bank on our front lawns. Over the last month, I have left at least two complaints on Andy’s voice mail regarding this problem, with no change. ANDY’S, PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR STAFF ABOUT THIS PROBLEM! STOP BLOWING OUR NEIGHBOUR’S SNOW ON OUR LAWN! BLOW IT ON THE LAWN OF THE PERSON THAT IS PAYING FOR THE SERVICE!

Thank you for letting us know that this issue has continued.  We have spoken with the employee about this issue each time that you have called.  I apologize for it continuing after that fact.  I will once again revisit this with his direct supervisor and have him address the issue.  If there are any resulting damages to your lawn, we will provide repair at our expense.  Please email us at ************************ if you need to speak with us regarding this issue. Sincerely, Andy's Lawn and Snow

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 19531171, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Sincerely,

Thank you for your email.  Although most of the time it was one employee that did the snow blowing, there was at least two other employees that did the snow blowing on our lawn.  I think you need to educate ALL your employees about blowing snow on the lawn of those who have paid for the service and not on other lawns like my lawn.
