    Good morning,

I have refunded the amount that you paid by Mastercard back onto your original payment method.  You should see it in the next week or so on your statement.  I have attached a copy of the confirmation here for your reference.  I will also email the original to you at your address you have on your contract.  I have also canceled your contract as per your request.

Just a note:  We have recorded logins as your address 22 times so far this season (we have geofenced every property that we service and they are locked into a route, whenever the operator runs that route and pulls into a driveway through the geofenced area it triggers a log into our system.  That way we can track when our operators are there), however we just cannot do much if the cars are always blocking our tractors from entering the driveway.  You will have the same issue with other residential snow companies.  As you are renting to several people with multiple vehicles I will suggest that you find a commercial snow company that can address your parking situation better.

We are sorry that you have been unhappy with our services.  We have tried to accommodate your specific needs, however, residential snow companies are not for everyone.  Please be sure to, whatever company you go with moving forward, read the terms and conditions thoroughly before signing up.  That will eliminate a lot of angst for you.

    Wishing you well,

    Hello,

As I mentioned before, I processed the refund back on to your original form of payment.  It has only been one week since I processed it.  It often takes 7-10 business days for it to show back on your credit card, that would be 2 weeks.  Please give the bank time to sort it out.  I have added the refund receipt here for your reference.

    Sincerely,

    *******

I have a similar problem with Andy’s Snow Blowing and Lawncare as the previous complainant in 2021.

Last season, my next door neighbour’s hired this snow blow service. Several times last year we saw the snow from our neighbour‘s laneway blown onto our lawn. We called our neighbour about this. They called Andy’s at least twice, complaining about it with no change.

This season, the same problem occurred continuously. The majority of the snow this winter has been blown from our neighbour’s lane way onto our property. There is a significant difference in the height of our snow bank versus our neighbour’s snow bank on our front lawns. Over the last month, I have left at least two complaints on Andy’s voice mail regarding this problem, with no change.

ANDY’S, PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR STAFF ABOUT THIS PROBLEM!

STOP BLOWING OUR NEIGHBOUR’S SNOW ON OUR LAWN!

BLOW IT ON THE LAWN OF THE PERSON THAT IS PAYING FOR THE SERVICE!

Thank you for letting us know that this issue has continued.  We have spoken with the employee about this issue each time that you have called.  I apologize for it continuing after that fact.  I will once again revisit this with his direct supervisor and have him address the issue.  If there are any resulting damages to your lawn, we will provide repair at our expense.  Please email us at ************************ if you need to speak with us regarding this issue. Sincerely, Andy's Lawn and Snow

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 19531171, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Sincerely,

Thank you for your email.  Although most of the time it was one employee that did the snow blowing, there was at least two other employees that did the snow blowing on our lawn.  I think you need to educate ALL your employees about blowing snow on the lawn of those who have paid for the service and not on other lawns like my lawn.
