    We signed a fencing contract back in February 2022 with the company named ***’s fencing and paid around 11,300$ as our property is a corner lot. *** promised to do the work before the end of September and since then he is not showing up or responding to our phone calls, texts messages or emails. He is ignoring all our calls. We are now thinking that we have been scammed and we want our money back or the job to be done. Please don’t trust this company.

    On May 25 2022 we entered into an agreement with Jon's Fencing to install a fence in our backyard. At that time we made a deposit of 50% of the total cost, $2076.32. Since that time (4+ months) we have had no commutation from the comany about the status of our installation. We have attempted contacting them multiple times by both email and telephone but all attempts have gone unanswered. At this point, we have no faith in the business and want our deposit returned.

    Initial contact was made on April 13, 2022. After many ignored calls/texts/emails, delays, and promises from Jon that the work would be completed, Jon’s Fencing did work on my fence between June 5-21, 2022. I have paid 90% of the amount due, which is $5108.49. The work that was done is unfinished, not in working order, below building standards and not what was quoted to me in pictures and descriptions. I reached out to Jon describing the many issues with the fence/gate. He promised that he would fix the fence to my satisfaction and he would not ignore my calls/texts when I tried to reach out. The last I heard from this company was on Monday, July 18, 2022 stating that we could meet on Friday, July 22, 2022. They have not replied to me since and therefore never showed up on July 22 to fix any issues. I call or text almost daily with no response from anyone at this company.

    Hello ***, I signed contract with Jon's fencing for fencing project last year September 2021. They promised me to complete work in early spring. It's already August 2022 and not completed yet. When they installed post , left rocks, cements and debris on my property. I mentioned multiple times but not remove anything. Also, left cement and rocks on my grass. Then after I am waiting and waiting for fence. Recently they dropped material on my grass for a week. My grass almost killed and damaged to my property. No response to call, text and emails. Never get any permission from me to leave material on my property. Very unprofessional and no work ethics. I already paid $10000 for the fence. Not completing work within timeframe and damaging my property. I want to finish this job as soon as possible with remove any material left with refund money for damage recovery.

    Jons fencing promised our company that to finish our fence installation within a few weeks back in July 2021. Now it’s been over a year, and they still haven’t finish the installation. We’ve paid 90% of the total invoice. Owner Jon does not answer my phone or reply my voice mail or email. We are waiting for the gate installation, 2 weeks ago they digged two large holes on each side of our house and just left them there. We have two little kids at home almost fall into the holes when they play outside. Now it is a potential hazard for us and very annoying. We are looking for them to finish the project on time as soon as possible instead of ignoring our request.

    The work (fence around property) was not completed. Company either does not answer my calls, return my emails or says they will complete it in the next 2 weeks and then never show up.
