My wife and I wanted a gas fireplace, we went to a few locations to check things out and it was the "same old same old" ...Well we can be at your house to provide an estimate sometime in January.....When we walk into the Fire it Up store, we noticed an immediate different attitude with the staff. They were friendly, engaged and really looking to provide us with the service we were looking for.Well long story ********************** took the time to show us a model that he knew we were looking for but could not put in words....He gets it!We could not describe what we wanted in exact words but had a general idea. We left the Bells Corners store a hour later with a purchase!A week later we are sitting in front of our newly installed fireplace and it is GREAT! ***** came to the house, gave us site preparation tips and a "personalized service" one no longer expects in retail. ***** was fantastic and we could not be more satisfied! Thanks ****************** I said when I left the store: You guys make buying a new fireplace FUN!Thanks again for ***************************
