I went there for 2 months in 2023 and quit for medical reasons. In January 2024, my family members paid for a month as a birthday present. I decided to pay for one month on my own as well. I spoke to a manager who called me and knew my situation was and they were super supportive and nice. I did not go in until February, and let the management know about my situation and they said no worries, do the 2 months and we will see if you want to continue. March came around and I was not able to go in yet, I asked if they could provide me the two months, instead they offered 8 classes, which was ok by me. I wasn&#**;t feeling great so I did not reup. Little did I know, they were charging my card since the beginning of that year. I called the manager to ask them about it, and mentioned I hadn&#**;t been to the classes for 8 months at that point. The person I spoke to at this point was saying I signed papers saying I was a full member and I should have called them, but I was not aware of this. They charged my card over 1000 dollars at this point. According to their system I went to a different gym for four classes, which is not true, I had no idea they had one nor it&#**;s location. They are refusing to give my money back and when they claimed they were canceling the membership, they still tried to charge me. Its a good thing I canceled my card. And through out the whole conversation, I asked about the people I spoke to, and apparently they no longer work there.

I havent heard from Orange Theory yet.

This is a copy of the Membership that Orange Theory emailed me when I first complaint about the overcharge on my credit card in early December 2024.  Apparently signed in 2024??

I noticed that my name is misplaced in several places, my date of birth is wrong, and that is not my hand writing.

I dont know the date it was signed.  The document looks strange, and I dont believe I signed it, eventhough it shows my initials.  I wonder if this is my initials from my past membership (2022)
