    ******, summer 2023. AC stopped working just days before my vacation. I get ******* from Furnace Factory Direct phone number from my son. Call them with plan to replace 22 years old furnace and AC. He showed up next day (not to mention that I call them after hours) as we scheduled. We set up a contract with installation day upon my return from vacation. ******* offered to look in to AC what I agreed. But the rain started poring from nowhere. He was committed so I followed them with umbrella and hold the umbrella until he replaced a capacitor on AC. 10 minutes later AC was up and running. Very impressive. The day we scheduled a replacement his crew showed up on exact time. I was surprised how organized they were. They put a runner from entrance to furnace, replaced it including outdoor unit, coil, new lines even drain line from furnace. Cleaned up as nothing happened. No trace there was a major work. Impressive.But more impressive was that all work including test run of heating up the house to 25 degree C and ******* down to 20 degree C with all the work done just under 5 hours.
