    Excellent in every way! We replaced a gas cooktop with an electric one. ************************* of NEHVAC, ************************************************, provided this (in cooperation with ***************). I was stressed about having to organize my own installation (I thought CAS, who sold it to me, should provide this service). I didn't know what was involved given it was not a straight cooktop replacement. **** gave me advice and was kind and patient with me even when, for a period of time, I was dealing with another cooktop installer! Fortunately, we chose **** to do the job.Removing the gas was the easy part. Putting together the Jenn Air cooktop and installing it was more difficult. **** discovered the previous ************ cooktop was not properly vented and fixed this - which was not trivial. He got the stove inserted and ready for the electrician to hookup. **** could have done this but our house is old and the circuitry is too, so we agreed the electrician we normally use would do the hook-up. We HIGHLY recommend ************************* and Northern Element HVAC! Thanks, ****!
