    We have been using *****`s Heating and Cooling since 2001 in all houses we have owned. WE have them come once a year and inspect our fireplace, furnace and Air conditioning. Have always been very satisfied with their service. Efficient and clean.

    I have had the Rogers team at my house and my sons. Very professional and neat. Had my fireplace and furnace cleaned. I am now in the process of setting up a scheduled maintenance cleaning on both. Always had them come on time.

    A Technician from Rogers visited my house in June of this year. After inspecting my furnace he suggested it may be time to look at a new unit due the diminished efficiency.I contacted the Rogers office via email on June 10 requesting someone to give a quote on a new furnace. No response. I contacted them again on August 21. I received a response saying Sorry I dropped the ball No response with regards to a quote.. I contacted them again on August 31. I was asked to take pictures of the unit and submit the square footage of my house. I did so, and guess what, no response. I then contacted them again on September 10, October 11, October 25 and November 5. No response to any of those emails. I called on November 9, after them offering many apologies they said a Technician would visit my home between 2pm and 4pm on November 11. I left work early to be home for the appointment. Guess what, nobody showed up. I called the office at 4:15pm and the guy on the phone said Nobody showed up.?.Horribly unprofessional operation.

    **** and ***** came to service my 2 fireplaces and furnace. They were super-efficient and courteous and provided lots of specific feedback on the condition of all 3 units. All in all, they were very professional. Highly recommend this company and these two techs.
