    I hired Air Force One to perform four services at my home.
    Furnace cleaning and inspection
    Hot water tank flush
    Humidifier cleaning and inspection, pad replacement
    Air conditioner, cleaning and inspection

    These four services were listed in my email dated Mon 2022/03/14.
    The price agreed to for all four services in emails dated Fri 2022/03/18 was $300.00 plus HST for all.

    On Thurs 2022/09/27 ***** of Air Force One attended at my home for the completion of all four services. On or about 12:30 PM on Thurs 2022/09/27 ***** of Air Force One informed me that my home did not need the hot water tank flushed and my home air conditioner external unit did not need cleaning. ***** of Air Force One left after completing only two of the four requested services. He billed me for four services. ***** of Air Force One has sent demand letters for payment for four services even though ***** of Air Force One only completed two services. I hired another HVAC company to complete the two services which Air Force One did not even attempt. My air conditioner was left dirty and my hot water tank was not flushed. I was home during the entire time. I had one other contractor at my home during the entire time. In emails, I offered to pay for the work (two services) which was actually done by ***** of Air Force One.
