    In November I saw an ad on ******** for Permaligts. I called ***** at ************ to get a quote. On Nov. 19th 2024 he came to our home and we were given an estimate to installing Permalights on our home. We were assured this could be done and have a picture of what it would look like. We booked them to do the installation and were told it would be on Dec. 6th. We picked out the colour of the track we wanted and paid them half of the cost which was $847.50 On Dec. 6th we waited and there was a no show so we called and were told maybe Tuesday again no show. This went on for a few days. Finally on Dec. 20th they were to install at 8:00 am. At 10:15am they finally showed. After the installation was done I was not happy with the way it looked. They did not use the colour track I had chosen, the cuts on the track did not meet up together, and a piece was left at the end of the house with no track. Above the bay window the lights are pointing outward and into my neightbour window across the street, when the lights should be pointing down. The owner ***** came here on Jan. 3rd as he still had not showed us the app to install and how to use it as promised and also to collect the other half of the payment. I explained to him that I was not happy with the way the track was and the colour. He put a piece of track at the end of our house that had been left bare, showed us how to use the app and I paid him the amount owing $847.50 less $200. as I was still not satisfied with the job. His advertisement stated satisfied guaranteed of which I wasn't. We were informed the lights have a warantee for 5 Years. After ***** left on Jan. 3rd. I noticed that the name on my invoices had the wrong name and two different invoice numbers. I called ***** right away to inform him and ask for a copy to be sent to me. I have yet to see it corrected and have called him numerous times, text him and emailed a few times and still have had no response to this. I am blocked.
