We (my business) were waiting for our 36 month contract to end so we could cancel our primus account without penalty. We cancelled this January and received a $750 final bill. They stated that in section 3.2 of our contract which began in August it states that after the 36 month contract ends the contract auto-renews for a year. So we had to pay out Jan to August. Is that not a 48 month contract??? The section 3.2 was never brought to our attention and this is simply a four year contract because at no point can you cancel the 36 month contract without penalty to the auto renewed year. It is a false 36 month contract. There is a penalty if you do not stay the extra auto renewed year. **** ** * ****** ***** We were in an unknown four year contract and it was never brought to our attention when we cancelled. We simply received the $750 bill after cancelling and had to deal with accepting that we signed a 36 month contract that auto renews after one year that you cannot get out of without penalty.....so a four year contract that is never brought to your attention at any point in time unless you cancel after what you were told was a 36 month contract. We do not appreciate receiving a $750 bill after waiting out 36 months to begin with. This is not made clear to be a 48 month contract at any point, not even prior to cancelling. We are very unhappy. We have paid our bill up to date and returned all equipment it is just this final bill that remains unpaid.
