    On May 21, 2023 I received a quote for lawn care services which included bi-weekly grass-cutting packages from May to October that include mowing of both the front and back of your property, weed-whacking around your home, walkways, and flower beds to achieve a manicured appearance. We also provide blowing services to clear grass clippings from your steps and walkways, ensuring a clean and tidy look.Our team is equipped to handle all pre-defined services. The quote was for 10 cuts between May and October.I paid in full for the season; $500.00+ tax (total $565.00) on May 23, 2023. I received 6 of 10 lawn maintenance appointments. On September 11, 2023, I received a text message from the owner saying they were temporarily suspending operations for the season with the intention to come back stronger next year due to challenges. I asked if they intend to refund their customers and their response was Due to the financial challenges weve faced this season, including unexpected equipment repairs and maintenance costs, we find ourselves in a difficult position. At this moment, we do not have the extra funding available to provide refunds.We want to be transparent with you. As the owner of Lawnmowerman, I am currently in the process of returning to my previous job to secure the necessary resources to address our financial situation and ensure we can come back stronger next year.We understand that this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you.I am owed $200+tax (total $226.00).

    Lawnmower Man insisted on being paid for an entire season up front, and then refused to provide service after August. Lawnmower Man also refused to provide a refund for September and October.
