    Beware! Purchasing online experience : If you need to exchange an item and ask for store credit, they issue the credit in the form of a gift card, so when you need to return your exchange because it also doesnt fit, you CANNOT get your money back. I thought I could, since the policy clearly states a store credit and not a gift card and I paid my own shipping to return my item and they refuse to honour their policy and refund me with cash. Also, to make things worse, you need to hassle them to even give you this gift card. I will never shop at Danier again. Worst experience. Horrible service.
