      August 23, 2023, The procedure was a high-intensity focused ultrasound. Currents target the tissue under the dermis to heat up and regenerate new collagen. The collagen takes about 3 -4 weeks to reach the surface of the skin to create a lift and tightness on the full face and neck. Also had cyro freeze on my upper arms and stomach which was supposed to tighten the skin in both areas. None of what was done has worked. Her advertising on ******** indicates that these all work. She asked for before and after pictures. Unfortunately, I lost a great amount of my before pictures due to being hacked. I sent her the pictures of my face and arms two weeks ago showing that there is no change, especially in my face neck and arms area. She was indicating my pictures were blurry which they weren't. When I told her they were as clear as could be she said they weren't properly done. I asked her for a refund as none of these procedures worked for me. She said she doesn't do refunds. She indicated it would be a big improvement before I had it done. I would never have proceeded had I known this wouldn't work. I'm 77 years old I can't afford to be out all that money for a procedure that didn't work. I paid for the procedure via **** $1,921.00 I tried to upload my pictures and comments from her but I'm not very technical so was not able to do so.

      I am rejecting this response because:  There is no response from Dolly Diva according to this message I received from the ***. As i requested a  full refund due to the procedures  I had with her business were a complete failure.  The fact that she has ignored the request is a good indication that she is not a reliable person to accept the fact that her procedures are not working.

      I did respond and stated that I will not refund you.. the pictures sent were not taken correctly and you have no before pictures as you stated. If you sent before and after properly taken, then I would assess and discuss with you further treatment at no charge.

      I didn't say you didn't respond to me. You didn't respond  to the post from ***. 

      You are using pictures as an excuse to cover up for the fact that the three procedures you did on me were COMPLETE FAILURE .  The pictures I sent you to show that there was no improvement in my face neck are and arms. You indicate the pictures weren't clear they couldn't have been much clearer.   

      I would never have considered spending $1900  for procedures if  there was a possibility they would be a failure. Your advertising on ** is false to the fact that there would be such an improvement with the procedures.  

      Also at no point did you mention to me that if you had pictures you would maybe consider re doing the procedures. If it was a failure the first time why would it work 2nd time around. 

      This is very  poor business practice and I wonder how many other people have experienced what I have gone through. 

      I'm asking you to save your company's name  to refund my money please

      *********, I have continuously answered the same complaint with this answer. Pictures… you have no before pictures for comparison and the after pictures of the arms , is not about clarity it’s about how you took them. Your arms are up in the air and cut off.. I’m sorry but no business would accept that . Send me better positioned pictures and full arm pictures and the befores so I can assess and compare to  provide you with a free session if I see deemed fit . 
      No where in my ads does it state false advertising or that everyone gets results. So please don’t lie. 
      during our consultation everything was discussed about tissue density and that 20% of clients may get subtle to no results due to that issue . You signed the waiver stating all this on it. 
      I make it clear and very honest about results . I take pride in what I do and my clients who have posted their before and after pictures and testimonials is proof of the great work I do. 
      I don’t appreciate you threatening my business name and if that continues then I will get legal advice.

      I have never felt so dejected  as I do over this  issue of having failed procedures. In good faith I felt you were being honest with my questions when you answered the question's about how long it would take for results and how long they would last which you indicated up to two years.  

      Maybe not for you but for me to have spent that amount of money on myself is effecting me mentally. I don't sleep well with that burden on my mind  thinking of the  many places I could have used that money for like helping my granddaughters university expenses. With six grandchildren we have always tried to help them financially as it is so expensive  for them with schooling. That amount of money could have went along way in helping them out. 

      Since you keep referring to before and after pictures to know how the procedures worked you should be taking the pictures at that time. Your excuse that the pictures that I forwarded were poorly taken is a cop out. Not sure how else I was to show my arms but to hold them up to the camera. 

      At the end of the day I have learned a very hard lesson to not trust what people say to you verbally.  I should have had something in writing  to protect myself  but being a honest person it never occurred to me that I would need to do so.  

      Please don't wish me Happy Holidays  as they are anything but happy right now. I just wish I had never go involved with you.
