    This business operates under another name “Mosquito Busters Pro”, the website is https://mosquitobusterspro.ca/. the same address and phone number. This other business is just another marketing name for the same company. Here my detail complaint: 1. On May 6, 2022, I saw a street post advertising mosquito control service, the add list the service the as “Mosquito Busters”, and a phone number *************  2. I called the number to inquire about the service, the person on the line asked me to SMS him my contact information and address. 3. He answered “Ok the price for the season from mid May to mid September approximately 7 treatments to keep your property mosquito free to enjoy your yard again would only be $575 + tax for the season” 4. I asked him about his web site and he said mosquitobusterespro.ca 5. On May 21, 2022 they send invoice for 7 treatments that starts end of May to end of September, the invoice total is $649.75. 6. On May 22,2022, I paid the invoice in full by Interac. He confirmed receiving the payment 7. On May 28, 2022, they completed the first spray. 8. On June 6, 2022, they completed the second spray 9. Since June 6, they did not do any spray claiming that the machines were broken. 10. The company stopped responding to my messages asking to complete the job. 11. The company mentioned that they would spray every 2-3 weeks to control the Mosquito. They did not deliver any service for more than 6 weeks 12. Since this service is contracted as an integrated service with 7 treatments and the company stopped the serviced, I request full refund of the $649.75 The address of my propriety to be served is *** ******* *** ********* *** *** ***
