Best moving experience that Ive ever had. Professional, courteous, thoughtful, and respectful of property. The care and attention that they provide was simply outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I need movers again, will be using First Rate Movers. Thank you for a stress free day.

First Rate Movers deserves a **********. According to ******* moving is one the top 10 most stressful life events. Not if you book with First Rate Movers. Everything about my recent move was made easier thanks to **** and his team. **** responded to each of my emails or phone calls with a day, including a call back on a weekend. The two movers were top notch (I wish I could call them out by their name so they know how satisfied I was with their services): courteous, efficient, skilled, focused. There are people who move furniture and then there are professional movers. First Rate Movers are professionals in every sense of the word. My quote was within 15 minutes of being accurate and not one single item was damaged during the move. One of the movers summed up the companys approach really well: Wed rather pay in tape and in moving blankets than in insurance! There is no doubt in my mind: if I have to move again it will be with the help of First Rate Movers.First Rate Movers Ottawa

Excellent service! The movers arrived earlier than expected, but everything went smoothly. My furniture, boxes and other items were treated with care and caution throughout the move. The booking process was good and the movers were courteous.First Rate Movers Ottawa

I have used First Rate Movers for two moves (one within ****** and one from ****** to *******). I had the same team for both moves, ***** and *****. Hands down, this is some of the best money I have ever spent. The guys were super efficient and professional, quickly set up and chatted with the building concierges and arranged everything in the apartment to my liking. I recently booked FRM to help with a move from a 3 bdrm condo to a 3 bdrm semi-detached. We got a 24-ft truck and 4 men, and it was amazing! They were unbelievably efficient, treated our furniture with respect, and had a great attitude. They were also super nice and even helped take apart the bedframe for me since I hadn't gotten to do it before they showed up, and they put it back together at the new place so I didn't have to worry about doing that as I prepared to stay the night. Despite hiring a moving company being a big expense, it was worth every ***** to make sure my furniture wasn't damaged and no one was injured trying to help us move. Very impressed and would definitely hire again.First Rate Movers Ottawa

Based on our recent move from ****** to *******, I'm pleased to highly recommend First Rate Movers to anyone looking for a mover. Having helped my son move a number of times, I have had a few negative, as well as some mediocre encounters with moving companies. First Rate Movers, however, provided an entirely elevated moving experience and made what is normally a very stressful event, into a pleasure. Although the quote that **** provided for the move was not the least expensive of the quotes I had obtained, his professionalism, timely communication, honesty, and knowledge, inspired my confidence. The team of ***, ****, ***, and **** absolutely exceeded my expectations: The called me before their arrival to give me their ETA, and arrived right on schedule with two clean and tidy trucks. They had new blankets with which to wrap our furniture, as I had asked **** to include this in our quote, and I had also requested that the team wear protective masks, since there are seniors in their 90s in the house. Although I realize it must have been uncomfortable to work with them on, they all complied with my request, even stopping to purchase new masks on the way to our house. Every member of the team was courteous, organized, careful, and respectful of our property. They moved like a well-oiled machine and didnt waste one second of time. *** actually didnt start the clock until the second truck was parked and all 4 movers were ready to begin, although he conducted a walk-through with me prior to the second trucks arrival. In ******* for the move-in the next day, once again the team was punctual, super efficient, and they cheerfully accommodated my rather detailed plan for placement of the furniture and cartons. All in all, this is a top-notch company and I will definitely be calling them for our next move!First Rate Movers Ottawa

When I first started looking at the ****** reviews for your company, I was skeptical. NO WAY could anyone have that many 5-star reviews. I was wrong. Your crew were AMAZING. They were polite, clean, efficient and moved all our stuff without so much as a scratch. All that and they did it in less time than we thought too!I HIGHLY recommend First Rate to anyone that needs to hire movers. Don't be fooled by other companies that offer 'more economical' moving services....I went that way in the past and it is just not worth the hassle. Hire professionals like these folks and finish with a smile on your face.First Rate Movers Ottawa
