    *** and his partner were very courteous, meticulous and professional. *** takes great pride in his work and genuinely tries his very best to do the best job possible and meet customer's expectations. He takes the time to go over the work and meticulously lays out every step of the process with you. He was always punctual and very responsive to any and all inquiries. I really appreciate his genuineness, his hard work and careful attention to detail. They left the site clean of any debris. My porch *******************!

    Parging Pros carried out parging repairs on our homes foundation over the course of two days. They removed loose and cracked parging, patched all cracks, and applied a smooth finish of parging to the whole foundation for a uniform look. The owner was very knowledgeable and explained the complete process in precise detail during our first consultation. The owner and crew (who both carried out the work) were professional and polite during the complete job. They showed attention to detail as they executed the job and completed all the work committed to in the contract.The quality of the workmanship did not disappoint. The crew showed up on time, were tidy and cleaned up everything at the end of each workday.Parging Pros guaranteed their work and ensured ** that they would not leave the job until we were happy. It turns out, we were VERY happy! Parging Pros even indicated they would be back in a few weeks to do a follow-up check to ensure the parging was curing as expected.In summary, Parging Pros is a top-notch contractor who we highly recommend. We wish dealing with all contractors could be an experience this pleasant!

    I would like to thank Parging Pros for a well done parging job at my house this weekend! They are by far the best company i have hired for a project. They are very meticulous and polite and will explain everything that they are doing and stay until the job is done perfectly. They go above and beyond what is in the contract as they went to buy some mulch and dirt for me. They also did a few extras. All in all an awesome company i recommend greatly!

    Working with Parging Pros Corp. was an absolute pleasure. The owner was a consummate professional throughout the entire process a very knowledgeable, personable, kind and responsive individual. We contacted many contractors regarding internal and external cracks in our foundation which were resulting in water pooling within our basement. Parging Pros Corp. were the first to visit, first to inspect the cracks and first to provided a quote (for which every detail was thoroughly explained and the price very competitive). Work commenced on the cracks within the week and all repairs were completed in timely manner and of the highest professional quality. Following the repairs, we were provided a very detailed walk through of the finished work and every attempt was made to ensure that we were truly satisfied. It is clear Parging Pros Corp. takes great pride in living up to their well-earned reputation. We intend to recommend Parging Pros Corp at every opportunity that we can!

    September 25th, 2022. Parging Pros did an excellent job repairing and replacing the significantly damaged and worn parging on our home. We were extremely impressed and pleased with the excellent quality of work, meticulous attention to detail by Parging Pros. *** took the time to explain the entire step by step parging process to us before starting the job, answering all our questions. *** and his assistant worked diligently and skillfully, showing genuine pride in their craftmanship. As the job progressed, *** would do a walkthrough with us at the end of the day, reviewing the work completed, refining final touches (a perfectionist!) and explaining what to expect the following day. Also noteworthy is ***'s fantastic work ethic, his courteous and friendly demeanor. An absolute pleasure to work with! Highly recommend Parging Pros.

    We were so incredibly impressed with the professionalism throughout, from the quote visit, to the estimate (with thorough description of job to be done including pictures where applic,) and to the final job, and quality check afterwards. We were away for the date of the work being completed but we were kept updated throughout, before and after, with pictures etc. Also to be noted, is that we trusted Parging Pros as they didnt try to upsell, and explained why they recommended doing what they were doing vs a full replacement job etc. We would absolutely recommend them, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

    Throughout the process, *** was easy to contact and deal with, friendly, responsive to requests and professional. During his preliminary assessment of the work to be done, he was thorough in his evaluation and gave clear explanations as to how he would propose to meet our requirements. The quotation provided was clear and detailed, and he readily provided references for us to check the quality of his previous work. Id asked him to provide us with a couple of days notice prior to starting the work, which he duly did. The work was completed within his estimated time-frame, and his assessment of necessary repairs proved to be correct. He and his assistant worked hard and skilfully with an evident commitment to first-rate work. When I went out to see how things were going, he seemed genuinely pleased to be able to show the high-quality work completed to that point. Throughout, he explained what he would be doing and when it would likely be completed. During the work, at no additional cost, he identified and fixed some additional small cracks which had not formed part of the original quote. During the final review, I found the work to be excellent. I am confident that he will follow up on his commitment to fix any issues which might arise, but at this point I dont expect any. Overall, I was very impressed by ***, his work ethic, and the quality of his work, and I highly recommend him.

    Very good at showing up when scheduled or letting me know about any changes. Showed flexibility in the work to be done and willing to adapt to meet my needs. The work was done with care and attention to detail. Mostly it was repairing damaged steps, and two corners of the house where a chunk of concrete came out after years of water leaking, plus some minor crack fixing. I feel a lot better that the foundation will not suffer any small leaks through the parging which in the long term can create damage. He did a lot of extra work for nothing and it looks great. A neighbour has already come by to say how good the work was and how nice it looked. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company if I needed additional work.
