    Paving of Our Driveway in October 2024 was unsatisfactory,Their Equipment left Tractor Tracks on our driveway and of our Neighbours,This was brought to their Attention 2 Times By our ***************** and were told to wait until The rain washes it away ,This Is Unacceptable and we want our Driveway Repaired to look like new,Not used by their Equipment with marks All over it

    Hello,

    I hope this response finds you well.

    We understand your concerns regarding the "tractor tracks" and markings left on the driveway. Our team has already communicated with the ***** association about this issue. The markings are a result of a rubber tire roller, a piece of essential equipment used during the paving process. This roller requires a biodegradable substance called BioPav100, which, while effective in the compaction process, can leave temporary marks on the surface. These marks are not permanent and will naturally fade over time after exposure to rain and weather conditions. This has been noted on larger projects and has successfully faded within a few months.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and want to assure you that these markings are not an indication of poor workmanship. As explained to the condo board, this is a common occurrence, and it is part of the normal process. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience as the marks will dissipate in due course.

    I do not Believe These are Temporary Markings And if we wait too long the company will come up with repair the driveway

     

    these pavement Tracks should be Repaired Immediately

    Again, I'd like to reiterate that it is a biodegradable material as per the manufacturer. Please be patient, as the substance will fade as previously noted. Pleases refer to the link below.

    As well, please note that the work has been warrantied 1 year after completion and has been provided to the Engineering Firm that was hired by the ************************
