On October 19, 2020, PCC (Pest Control Center Inc.) sent employee **** to our house. We were looking for an exterminator to rid our home of mice. When he arrived, we explained that we were concerned that the mice were accessing the house through the roofline or the chimney area. **** told us that he didn’t have his ladder with him so could not inspect the roof at that time. He also indicated that it would be a waste of his time to try to find and close up entry points as mice can gain entrance from very small holes. Instead, he proceeded to put poison around the interior of the house and the exterior (including our dog run!) and told us the mice problem would be gone within 2 weeks. He charged us $994.40 and said we were under warranty for 6 months. Over two weeks later we were still hearing mice in our walls and catching them in traps so we called back. This time the owner, **** came to inspect. At that time he informed us that he was not fully licensed to use a ladder to fully check the house and proceeded to patch a few areas. Six weeks after the initial visit, we are seeing mice running through the house during the day, are catching them in traps and are hearing them in the walls. There is no improvement and the situation is worse that it was when we initially contacted them. We arranged for **** to come by on Friday, December 2nd to find the entry points but he did not show up. He said he would instead show up the next morning. The next morning, ****, the employee who didn’t think it necessary to plug up holes told us he would be coming in ****’s place. We said we were very dissatisfied with our service and needed to see **** himself. I asked that **** come either today, tomorrow or next Saturday but have not heard back. We would like to hire a reliable, fully licensed company approved by BBB to help us but are out 994.40$ and do not have extra funds to pay for someone else to do the work we contracted to have done by PCC.
