    I was unhappy with the last pet sitting service I received from Vet Tech Pet Services and they were unreachable for over a week after I returned home and had a problem. I asked how I get my house key back on April 1, 2025. I then scheduled two different drop off times using their online booking system and these appointments were not accepted. There were numerous emails back and forth and on April 16, I asked to hear back from them by April 17 at 5 p.m. or I would seek additional help with this issue. They then indicated that they would mail my key back to me. I followed up with an email on April 23 indicating that I trusted they would mail it as soon as possible. I have not heard back and I have still not received my house key. I am hoping the BBB can help me encourage them to return it to me.

    Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the delay. We faced legitimate emergencies, illness, and deaths within the business. Your key will be mailed by June 3 2025. We thank you for several years of great service.

    I wanted to let you know that I received my key by mail yesterday afternoon. Thank you for your help getting this matter resolved.
