Bought their Metal Gazebo on sale for $1,694.00 tax incl. Turns out that's their price for this product most of the time. Now I need a replacement Mosquito Screen. Cost for screen by it's self is. $519.99. for a 10 X 12 ft. gazebo. I checked with everyone else including ***** who is their competitor and makes the same screen that would fit on my gazebo. It sells for $265.00 almost half of what Piscine sells theirs for. I then went on the internet to ***** the company that makes the Gazebos for Piscine. Their screening is from $117.00 to $199.00. I would go directly to them. Except they don't sell to the public direct, the replacement screening. Now if I wish to replace my screen I have no choice but to pay 2Xs everyone elses price for the same Mosquito screening. Piscine has a monopoly on their products and can charge for their replacement parts, whatever they like. That's why they sell the main item cheaper, they get you on the replacement parts.Your better off buying from another company, where you will get better service and less ****** and not pay through the nose for parts that are half the price elsewhere.

Hello ******, we confirm the reception of your comments. When shopping for outdoor products, it's important to compare products that are equivalent in quality. As you may know, different types of mosquito netting exist. For your gazebo, the net is made of high-grade textilene, a PVC-coated polyester fiber. As a result, it is more robust than your industry standard polyester netting included with most gazebos. Textilene is a more expensive product and has a more complex manufacturing process. The higher quality material is the reason for the higher price point. If you wish to purchase something other than the original netting, a standard mosquito netting could possibly fit as long as you confirm your measurement before ordering. If your existing mosquito netting is damaged, you could also look into repairing them to minimize cost.If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to *******************************
