    To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a Glitty product I purchased in April 2022. I received the product in May 2022, and within just one month, I began to notice significant damages. By June 2022, the product showed clear signs of wear and tear, which only escalated over time.Despite the purported quality of materials and craftsmanship, the top and bottom parts of the product were completely broken by the end of 2022. This rapid deterioration is unacceptable for a product that was marketed as durable and of high quality.Attached to this complaint, you will find supporting documentation, including photos of the damages incurred.I paid a total of $149.00 for this product, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality and longevity of my purchase. As a resolution to this matter, I am requesting a full refund of the price of the product or any other remedy that the company may suggest. However, any proposed solution will be subject to my acceptance.I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to a resolution.Sincerely,***********************************
