    We bought a studio built by ******** in 2021 at ********************************************************. There was a signed contract from Sept2021 between ******** ( builder), Envie property management and us for an offered guaranteed leaseback guarantee in the amount of 1145 $ per month during the 3 year agreement. ********/Envie have breached the contract by not remitting any money owed to us in October 2023 although they promised a 4% annual interest ( without a firm date of payment). July payment was also missed without any clear explanation or payment term. They have also missed the due payments (2-3 months in some cases, owed to many other condo owners in the same building despite the agreement stating clearly oayment on the 15th of each month).There is a real lack of transparency and respect to the owners by ignoring our emails when we push for a written solution or payment by a certain date. Envie also wants to collect rent from my tenant in September although our agreement ends on August 31, 2024 and I told them I will collect it myself. Envie has ignored my request and I am afraid that they may not remit that to me either I would simply want ********/Envie to pay the amounts owed to me asap.Thank you ****

    We have provided a written response to ********************* as of August 15th, 2024. The written response provides details of the situation and also a scheduled payment plan to cover all of the requested amounts. We are not disputing the requested outstanding, but simply need some time to cover the necessary payment.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It is not an officially signed payment plan resolution without any guarantee of non-default or a guarantor.

    if the stated conditions are met then it would be acceptable to me.
