Fantastic!Cadieux did an amazing job on our new roof. They were very professional and fast. The price was very fair and reasonable. Work was done in exactly the time they said it would take. They took the care to make sure everything was safe when they left each day. They cleaned up each day and a trailer was used to take away old roof each day. Not big bin in the driveway overnight. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof ***** and ****Cadieux Roofing Inc.

We really appreciated the professionalism of Cadieux Roofing. We received an in-person visit to set out the objectives of the work to be done for the new roof, any problem areas we might have noticed and wanted rectified, the materials that would be used, warranties for the work, how the crew cared for the surrounding area during the work, etc. . The estimate was prompt and reasonable. The work was done pretty much on schedule, given a few delays for weather, but we were always informed of status at least a week in advance. All explanations of the work and warranties were clear. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We had excellent service regarding choice of colour for our new roof. The roofing crew was very personable and professional as well, and cleaned the area once their work was completed, picking up any stray nails or materials. The estimate for our roof was honoured. These are honest folks who do good work! We are really pleased with our new roof and feel ready for all kinds of weather. Warranty documents on materials and labour are also excellent and clear .Cadieux Roofing Inc.

Cadieux Roofing is an outstanding company to deal with from start to finish. ** provided a thorough explanation of what work needed to be done, provided a quote well below other bidders, and had no problem coming back for subsequent visits to discuss options. They made sure the roof was weathertight for winter since we were too late for the 2022 roofing season. ******* is a delight to work with - professional, friendly, promptly answers any and all questions, and happily provides addresses to display their work and colour options. The installers that came to install the roof were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work is impeccable and our house is transformed. We had a great experience with Cadieux Roofing. We booked towards end of summer 2022, in late fall JP came over and went up on the roof to winterized it to ensure no damage over the winter. Come spring ******* was very considerate to ensure we knew exactly what dates they would be arriving to complete the work. Very professional and highly recommended.Cadieux Roofing Inc.

Cadieux Roofing - YOU NAILED IT! 5- STARS - ************ is a pleasure to deal with. They are focused on customer service and deliver quality workmanship, fair pricing and professionalism. The quality of their work is evident by the pride they take in ensuring that the completed roof is perfect before they leave. JP and his long-time crew, *** and ****, went above and beyond the original contract terms by fixing a major dip in my roof (at no extra charge) as well as repositioning my roof vents for better ventilation. The owners of Cadieux Roofing Inc., ** and *******, are wonderful, caring and honest people and I would highly recommend this company if you value, quality, customer satisfaction and peace of mind that your roof will never leak. Sadly my experience with Cadieux Roofing was not a good one. The work completed was not done according to the original specifications. Quality 1/5 Timeliness 2/5 Price - difficult to assess because what was originally promised was not done.Cadieux Roofing Inc.

I'm sorry you feel this way, ****. We do feel that we provided you with the quality service we pride ourselves on. It's unfortunate that the work we completed did not address the array of ongoing issues you are having with your home, and that we were unable to proceed with the roof plans as per the original specifications due to the structure of your home/roof. We truly feel that we did our best to assist you by providing various complimentary service calls from both JP and I to meet with your insurance adjuster and suggest possible solutions to the hidden interior issues that had been accumulating over time.
