I had a job recently completed to remove all of my old rotten wood fascia, soffit, and replace gutters and siding (*********). *****'s team led by ***** was very friendly and professional and easy to get in touch with. They worked quickly and completed the huge job in only about 4 days. The work looks amazing and has given my house a new look! Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Kovar Construction for a roof repair estimate in February of this year. I needed to replace the fascia, soffits, and *****. The response was quick and a work order was prepared for the work to be done sometime in early summer. I later requested that the ***** vinyl siding be replaced as well. The house looks great. Minor issues arose and were quickly resolved. Without a doubt, this company employs very skilled professionals. It is nice to see workers who take such pride in their work. I recently had Kovar Contracting tear down and rebuild my two-story porch, and I love the results.From the start, owner ***** impressed me with his professionalism and friendliness. He was upfront and communicative throughout the project, keeping me informed of any challenges that come with having an older house. He provided options, detailing costing and the pros and cons of each choice.The crew at Kovar were friendly and great to work with. They were diligent, thorough, and meticulous. Their precision **** compliments from people walking by!The project took longer than initially estimated, but some of that was due to winter weather and material delays. However, I know delays happen.Overall, I highly recommend Kovar Contracting. We had a main bathtub that was cracked and needed to be replaced. Kovar was able to provide a team with expertise in their craft. They met all our requirements for aging in place and delivered a beautiful bath unit. We had used their services previously for roofing / eavestrough, and are happy to know that we have a reliable source for inside home renovation as well. highly recommend!Kovar Roofing & Contracting

We recently hired Kovar to repair some raccoon damage to our soffit and fascia. They got the work done quickly and did an excellent job. They even repaired some additional damage to our roof shingles that hadnt been noticed previously at no extra charge. Above and beyond! Friendly, professional employees. Attic insulation job completed with no surprise additions to the cost. Works arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner and left the place as clean as they found it. We were provided with before and after photos of the work done. If something doesn't need to be done they will say so. They go out of their way to explain each step that will be taken in the project and what costs are associated. Company was very reliable; workers **** and ***** were meticulous, respectful and understood the priorities of the ********* quickly installed Eavestroughs to avoid rain damage. Just as when Kovar redid our roof several years ago, the quote for attic insulation was done when promised and was competitive. When the work was scheduled. the crew showed up on time, were professional, obviously knew what they were doing, finished within the expected time frame and cleaned up after to leave our home as if they hadn't been there.
