Dropped off a template and discussed the requirements in person on Monday July 25th. Was told it would be ready Thursday or Friday that week. Called Friday July 29th, lady answered and said she would look into the timeline for completion and would call me back. Never heard back. Emailed owner that evening and received a response Monday August 2nd (this is ok, didn't expect an email over the weekend). Said it would be made this week. Called Monday August 9th, spoke to same woman as before regarding completion. Said she would call me back... no response. Emailed owner at same time. Never heard back from either. Called again Wednesday August 17th. Spoke to a man who was not the owner. Said he'd call me back... Never heard back. Went in to pick up my template on Thursday August 18th. The template was behind and under a machine covered in oil/grease. I like an honest answer rather than email and phone dodges and I like the work completed when they say it will be completed. If the job is too small or too large, just say so. I never set the date, those were the dates they provided.I would not recommend. Not customer focused and never did receive my order.

Dear ***********. We are very sad to hear of your disappointment with our buisiness. Due to the ongoing issues with COVID and lack of employees we are doing the best we can. Phones ring every minute and we try to respond as quickly as possible. Also the length of time it took for your sample is due to our supplier not having the required material to complete your job on a timely manner. If this was pre COVID you would have had your sample completed in less than a week. **** the owner tries his best, works seven days a week and fourteen hours plus a day. If he happen to forget to call you back it might have been due to being overwhelmed.
