    Never used this company and never will after seeing one of their trucks weaving in and out of traffic this morning cutting multiple cars off and almost causing accidents. Too bad this jerk doesn't realize he represents the company. Totally disgusted!

    WORST Towing service EVER! If I could rate ZERO stars I would.Back in January my car needed to be towned to a garage. We made an appointment with THIS towing company though my ******** The driver (Samir) seemed to be incompetent as he pushed my car on to the street from my driveway and only attached ONE side of the car and pulled it up on the bed. No blockers were used to prevent damage. Helping to steer the car, I heard the chains snapping & I thought something went wrong. Looking around to see if there was any damage from the chains. The driver was touching the splitter and I asked if it was damaged, he lied and denied it, and that's when I turned on my flash light & found that he damaged both the splitter and the bumper making HUGE HOLES in both! I asked the driver "now what" and he said he'd pay for the damages.. **** right you will! So the next day, I called THIS towing company & the owner (*******) said that he is not responsible for the damages because of their "policy" that if the car is lowered and its cold out its not their fault. Bunch of BS!Nothing is said on the website about this but said he'd call me back to discuss things. I tried to call again but he is started to play games with me. Promises to call but never does & when I call he tells me he is to busy or gets angry & claims he will call back or doesn't pick up. So having enough we called the ******* and they said they'd look into it. Two months go by and they finish with thier investigation after gaving them an estimate of the repair were told that Mayday will pay for the damages & to call to discuss. We call & the lady who picks up the phone plays stupid after explaining why we are calling. She says someone will call in 15 min. No one does & we call back 30 min after. ***** picks up the ********** too plays stupid games with us and is rather rude. After speaking with him for a while he finally gives in and pays the bill. I would avoid these punks at all cost!

    My truck was towed on June 5th of this year. It was to be taken to CSN in ************** for repair. Today is June 17 and my truck has yet to be deliver to the garage. Multiple attempts by myself and my insurance company have been made to find out why this is happening and neither of us have received a response. I was to have a rental for 2 weeks only and i am now on the hook to pay additional costs for the extra rental time. Today (June 17 2022) I am calling the police to report my truck as stolen.
