    We've got both systems in June of this year, water one is fine but the air system is total garbage. We were told by the sales man that it should keep all dust in the filter so we called a duct cleaning company and did a complete clean up of the whole bungalow before the installation. Guess what, there is no difference in the amount of dust. Salesman has promised us a refunds of approximately $350 for each system (from the GWA company), $1200.00 rebate from the government and to send us information as to where to claim those expenses in our taxes – today is December and we haven’t heard from him after the installation. No mater how many times I called their number and left messages, no one has called us back. I wish we could give the air system back.
