**** and his coworker did a great job on our gutters and siding and a spectcular job on our fibre glass pergola and stone pathway, both of which were not straightforward. They were prompt, knowledgeable, responsive to my questions and suggestions and finally really hard workers. I could not have asked for more

Thank you for asking us to share our experience with GlassMate Window Solutions. ********** crew of two arrived at our Nepean home on May 10, 2023. They introduced themselves and before beginning their ******************* window cleaning work, they asked us if there were any issues or considerations that we wanted to make them aware of. They then explained their approach and what each crew member would be doing. Once we settled on the workplan, they began their duties. Our house is on a lot laden with ****************** which generates a great amount of debris, dust & pollen that coats the windows & screens with a lot of ************* ********** crew worked diligently & methodically as though they were six people! to clean all the windows & screens. We saw how well they worked together as a team, supporting each other and capably led by ****. Throughout their work, they also checked in with us regarding any questions or clarifications. ALL THREE were polite, informative, professional and respectful great to watch such exemplary GlassMate employees in action!In the end, we had remarkedly clear views in and out of our windows & screens, large to small. These stunning clean views from an eyes- on basis is evidence of the excellent results we obtained.****GlassMate Window Cleaning

The crew damaged my property during their visit. I was told on several occasions that someone was coming to make repairs. 5 months later. nothing. I do not recommend Glassmate.GlassMate Window Cleaning

Hi ***,We are very very sorry about the damage, I really thought that our operation manager is in communication with you regarding this issue, we did reach out to few companies for the repair. One company was available and the both our operation manager and the the rep from the painting company came out to your property in August and checked the issue. The painting company was very busy and I assumed that within few weeks they will rectify the issue. They got the O.K from our side. I am very sorry that they couldn't get there in time and the issue had to be dragged this long!! I agree it should have been fixed long time ago, Our sincere apologies againKim B

Would not recommend this company. They hacked my tree and then told me she was an arborist. Left a mess of branches on my lawn. Not impressed.GlassMate Window Cleaning
