    ***************** from Ottawa Glass came on September 30th, 2022 to measure for the glass enclosure for the shower. He informed us that we would have it installed in three weeks. We never received the estimate so we had to phone the store, they informed us that he had left on holidays for two weeks without doing the estimate. We had to phone again the store to get our estimate. Finally, received an estimate on October 17th, 2022 and we accepted and made a deposit on October 18th, 2022. On October 31st, after asking again, we received a receipt for the deposit of 50% . There was never any information on the order and we had to phone the store repeadetley to inquire as to the status of the order.After one such phone call in late December, we were informed that the order had come in and that the installation would be the next day. The next morning, we received a phone call informing us that the glass was broken and that they had to order another one. (We asked the new company that installed our enclosure to see if it often occured that the glass received was broken and they confirmed that it is was really rare).On January 19th, we still hadn't received our order so we asked for a refund which they promptly did. We hired another company and three weeks after their estimate, the shower enclosure was installed. We feel that the service was sub par and the communication inexistant.
