    We bought windows and a door from ******** Windows and Doors in 2018 (KV custom windows&doors). One of the windows need to be replaces after the install do to damage. Covid hit and so it took a long time to replace. The window was replaced but it was not sealed properly, so during the winter ice forms on the inside of the window. We contacted the company KV and they told us to contact the seller. We have been trying to contact them since 21/01/21. They asked for pictures we did that. The last we have heard from them is 25/10/21 saying they have sent the request to KV. We have send emails asking for an update with no response, also no phone messages response. We spent over 10K on new windows and a door. We would like it fixed so that we do not have ice on the inside during the winter.

    Upon receiving the letter, we have looked through our records and have not found the customer details associated with this order. I would like to get more information from them so that we can help get it sorted. We always strive to resolve customer complaints promptly, and would like to apologize for not getting it resolved the first time around. We would need their order/quote number and the details/pictures of their issue one more time as our emails past 2022 have been lost.
