  Booked them to change windows and *** back door in May 2022. Then there was some change of sales person but the promise was made to uphold the contract. Windows finally installed in January 2023 with the promise of the door by ***. No luck. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. A visit to the offices found them dark with nobody inside. At this point I consider the door is never coming. We didn't pay the full amount so I'm not too worried about the money lost. Service is c*** Don't ever use them.

  Payed a deposit for install of two door January 27, *********************************************** May 2022. Its now June 2023 and Im still waiting. I send emails with no response, and they don't answer the phone. I've been requesting for my deposit back several times yet no answer.

  Ordered basement windows Nov 2021 and still have not received and many, many, many excuses despite an email in January to all customers from the owner promising he would not be taking new orders and focusing on catching up on back orders. I have a contract he is not honouring and has taken my deposit and will not respond - his poor admin assistant has to deal with angry and fed up customers who are getting ripped off. Do not use this company.

  The owner will not respond to me. They have a deposit for my front door that I paid a year ago. At first, it was excuses about delays and now I can't get a response or y deposit returned. It's obvious they have no intention of completing their work.

  We are having a lot of problems with a door and several windows that we purchased and installed through this company. I have spent more than $10k in the process. We are having a lot of issues with the quality of the windows and the workmanship. I am being told that I have a 25 year warranty. But, unfortunately, the company is not responsive and despite all my efforts, I have not been able to get them to fix these issues. They don't answer my calls or emails/texts and keep using stalling tactics. I am being told that they are waiting for parts to arrive. It has been three years now.

  I get an estimate from this company June 6th, 2021.They promised to install the windows in writing from 6-8 weeks.It took one year to install the window. Missing one window.Many calls, many e mails, I have a 50 papers file full of promises.I send warning e mail, I send registered letter, NO REPLY.Also, installation is very poor, they did not install caulking at the top of the windows.They received their money.They never answer my phones, emails and register letter.I will install the window with a different company and go to the court.Please be careful when dealing with this company.

  I went into a contract with Capital Comfort back in April 2022. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to ask for a status of my order. My last correspondence was in October where I was told that they were working through all the orders and I should receive a call and installation should happen around November. I am still waiting for a status and am assuming that I will never hear from them on my order. There is no way that production would take this long and the lack of responsiveness from company should tell you all that you need to know.
