    - April 12 - Oakview notified of problem: the condo manager requested Oakview to come assess my door - June 16 - Oakview makes contact (TWO MONTHS LATER) - they finally contacted my tenant to schedule an appointment for June 29th -June 29 - Appointment 1 - They do an assessment and make another appointment for doing the work - July 20th - Appointment 2 - They arrive and find out that the assessment was wrong. Nothing can be done. They need to order materials to complete the work.- Sept 6 - Urgent complaint made - the condo manager notifies Oakview that this is an urgent matter because the door keeps jamming and her son is unable to open the door. This is a safety concern. They inform us that the material still has not arrived.- Sept ***** - I ask the manager to contact Oakview to find out the status.- Sept 28- Oakview informs us that the material arrived and they will schedule an appointment - Sept 29 - They schedule OCTOBER 24. The door still keeps jamming and the tenant needs to use force to open it. The tenant's son is not able to open it on his own.The problem:- delays in scheduling appointment. No consideration of the fact that it is urgent.- incorrect assessment - Lack of common sense. They could have scheduled a tentative date given the estimated delivery for the materials. Instead they decided to wait for after the materials arrived. I would have urged for setting an earlier date, but I did not know they would be so inconsiderate to schedule something one month in advance.Summary: It has been since April that they have this issue, in September we notified them that it was an emergency. They are not treating it like an emergency. We should be scheduled in priority when they received materials.I can send email proof if requested.- This is a security and safety issue. If my tenant gets trapped in a fire, who is responsible for this?

I hired Oakview in April 2021 to replace a false window above my garage. I paid $377.64 for the job and it was installed on May 31, 2021. On December 2, 2021 I heard a loud noise and went outside to see that the window had fallen off my house onto my driveway! It was damaged in the fall. I contacted the company immediately. I was told they would replace it but it could not be done until March 30, 2022. The installers came however not all of the pieces were ordered so they had to just screw in the window without the stops. Since that time I have continuously followed up with the company on the status of the missing pieces of the window. I am always told they sent the wrong ones or are on backorder or I just don’t receive a reply at all. It has now been 2 years since I initiated installation of my garage window and the project is still not completed. The company never reaches out to me to update me on the missing piece or to apologize for the delay. I am the only one who communicates to see what is happening and I find this completely unacceptable. I finally contacted the company again on March 24, 2023 and asked the owner to contact me. I was told he was on holiday and back on March 29, 2023. I expected to hear back as soon as he returned but have not received a call. I know this is a small project in comparison to the other projects the company undertakes but every customer should matter, and the service I have received has been terrible. I just want the project finished properly. I have all email correspondence to support my claim if necessary.
