    In August 2022 I discussed and agreed to price and time frame for having a ***** dump trailer to be sand-blasted and powder coated. A day after I dropped off (Sept. 27) trailer for work to be completed, I received a phone call indicating that the man I had been dealing with was no longer at the business but the men left will be completing the job and they would honour most of the price agreed to but the price had to increase a little in order to purchase extra materials needed and the time frame would be extended. They would replace the steel sides of trailer, sand blast and powder coat the entire trailer. I agreed and made partial payments as work progressed. Less than 3 months later, I found rust all over my trailer - indicating that they did not do the job correctly or as agreed to. Sandblasting and powder coating should last much longer than 2-3 months; the original man I dealt with told me that it would be rust free for at least one year and most likely for the remaining 5-6 years that I need the trailer; such is not the case. This means that the job I paid for was not completed correctly and/or not completed in its entirety. I went back to talk to the business and was told that the men who completed the work were no longer there; when I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he would call; he did not. I went back again to find all but one door locked and when I went in I saw one of the men that had worked on my trailer there; the owner was not around. Upon a third visit back to speak to someone about resolution to the problem I found all doors locked and signs on the door with a phone number to call to arrange for 'drop off' or for storage information; neither number picked up phone. I have tried on several occasions to make contact with someone who can assist me with this and come up with some resolution. I have paid $7350.55 for repairs/improvements to my trailer and 3 months later, it looks the same as before they supposedly completed the work.
