      purchased 2 snowmobile tracks and paid for, started with delay of delivery, same story each month passed. communication was very good at start then declined as time passed, last contact with dealer was by phone where they stated the tracks are here but having trouble with organising freight. been over a 12month period. as of now for last 3 months have had no contact from supplier with regards to answering emails or answering there phone just goes to messages now answering machine is full.

      Purchased a snowmobile track online with Tracks Ontario on Dec 18/2022. Was contacted by JT Powersports about my order. They just wanted to let me know that the track was a month out and should get it in January 2023. At time of the order, the track was in stock. I called them when I did not receive my track. They said it was back ordered from there supplier. Time went on and I contacted them, they said that the supplier was getting more in. I did call through the first year of not getting my track and was told it was in stock at the suppliers and should get it next week. This accorded ever time I got through and talked with them. The last time I called and could get through to them. They said that the supplier has the track and I should get it the following Wednesday because they were getting ready to go to the sportsman show in Toronto. I did not receive the track the following Wednesday and haven’t been able to get through to JT Powersports. Im at the point right now that I just want my money back because they can not seem to fulfil my order.
