    I ordered 10 boxes of gloves from you guys back in August (***** ****** ******* 6mil Examination Gloves). Order date should be August 5th 2022 at around 8:40pm EST.
    The order confirmation # is: ********* ************.
    The subtotal was $99.90 and after taxes I paid a total of $137.07.
    I have order from you guys in the past and usually it only takes a month at the longest to receive my items.
    It's now half way through January (January 18th 2023) and I haven't recieved. The "shop" app is telling me that it's shipped but they can't find a tracking number for it.
    I'm starting to worry that it might have got lost or someone just forgot to send it out. I also tried contacting you guys through just your email address and got no response.
    I'd like any kind of update, can they be resent? Can I get a refund of you were out of stock when I ordered?
    Please get back to me with any and all options available to me. I have screenshots as proof too. Now it's April 22nd 2023 and still no word.

    September 2022 I ordered a case of gloves for $117.40. I received a confirmation email stating the order was received and preparing for shipment. Order #****. Payment was taken but shipment never received. I have emailed the company through the website numerous times, as that is the only method of contact. I have even asked for a refund but I have not received any response. The website is longer available.

    placed order for gloves on Nov. 20, 2022 for a total of $43.47. Received notice right away that order was received and shipment was being prepared. Money transaction was completed but shipment never arrived. Only way to contact company was to fill out a form on their website. As of today (Jan. 3), I have not received a response to my email.

    I placed an order in August of 2022 for an online order for gloves and masks. I never received the order. There is no phone number to call. All concerns are addressed through email support. I have attempted to contact them on multiple occasions. I even left a message on the number filed on BBB site. No reply. My order was for $220.47 Cdn.
