      * ***** **** ** **** ** ***** ** * ****** I purchased advertisement on their bags for the Farmers Market in Nelson in July ad was supposed to receive a sample bag when one never came I contact them and they said "Oh its for the winter Market" Now its February still no bag and I contacted the Nelson Farmers Market only to find out that the is NO winter market. I have asked several times to have my money refunded and they refused.       This review is dated 2/2/2023 but was only received by the MARC Group on 5/18/2023. This issue was resolved back in February with the client.
      This was the third time we had partnered with the ****** ******** ****** to produce their bags and had never had a problem before. The ****** ******** ****** informed us that they were starting to do the market year-round and would start by handing them out once a month during the winter market and full-time in the spring. We have spoken with *** and we were able to come to an amicable resolution.
