    I ordered a building from Rocket Steel because they told me they manufactured the buildings and guaranteed they could have the building to me by December 15th in phone conversations that were recorded. I signed an order and paid a $12,500 deposit on my ****. I was in contact with two other Steel companies the day after I signed the order and the following day. They both told me Rocket Steel is ***** to me because they don't manufacture these buildings, they only sell them as a distributor, and there is no way they can have this building delivered to me before January. I contacted Rocket Steel two days after I signed the order by phone and email to cancel the order. They got back to me the next business day and refused to return my deposit saying the order says the deposit is not refundable. * ***** **** * ************** ** ** ***** ****** **** *** * ************ ** ***** ********* ** ******* *** *** ***** *** ****** *** **** ** ****** ******** ** ** ******* ** **** ** *** ** ************* ** ********* **** ****** ***** **** *** *********** ***** ********* *** ***** ** ** *** **** *** ******* * ******** ****** ******** ** **** **** **** * **** **** ******* ** ****** *** ****** ******* ****** ***** ** **** ** * ***** ** ********* ********* ****** ****** ****** *** ***** They all do the same thing. All the other Steel companies I spoke with said they would return the deposit and that Rocket has no right to keep my deposit. There are 2 buyers listed on the order but only one buyer signed it. So the order is null and void and therefore they have no legal right to keep my deposit. I have to have this building in place by Dec 31st as I have to leave the home I am living in* * *** ** **** *** ** * ***** **** **** ******** ** ***** ** *** ***** ** ** **** **** **** ** ** *********** *** **** **** *** ** ********** ******* ** *** **** ** **** **** **** * **** **** ***** ** **** ** ***** Please help me.

    I did not receive a copy of the order signed and accepted by the authorized officer of ***** ***** prior to canceling the order on Oct 13th. I still have not received a copy of the order signed by the authorized officer of ***** ***** so I am not bound by the terms of the order and my deposit needs to be returned.
